SEND Support

At Lowestoft Sixth Form College, we believe every student should have the opportunity to achieve their full potential. We are committed to creating an inclusive learning environment where students with additional needs receive the support they need to thrive.

If you or your young person has a special educational need or disability (SEND), an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), or received additional support at school, we encourage you to let us know during the application process. This allows us to discuss their individual needs and put the right support in place before they start.

If you or your young person has an EHCP

If your young person has an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), please let us know as early as possible.

We'll arrange to discuss the plan with you and, where appropriate, work with your Local Authority to ensure the right support is in place for when they join sixth form.
